We welcome all HR enthusiasts to 2024 EHRS Summit! If you want to get new ideas on using data consciously and make well-thought-out decisions based on it to achieve the best results, then this is definitely the event to attend!

PS - You don’t need to be an HR person to come to EHRS Summit, as speakers are not only from the HR field but bring different perspectives to the stage, which can be applied in other business areas too.

EHRS Summit has been launched to offer participants the opportunity to listen to inspiring speakers, gain knowledge and practical tips to be better prepared for data-driven future, and take time to network and communicate with other HR people. The event’s theme is data and how we can be smart when using it.

It’s not just a conference - the EHRS Summit program has been put together with different formats in mind: longer presentations alternate with shorter, 15-minute bursts of inspiration, and we’ve also included several longer-than-usual breaks in the schedule, when participants can network and exchange ideas.

And note - EHRS Summit is fully in English this year! This is, of course, to offer valuable content and an opportunity for our international HR enthusiasts operating in Estonia to get together and to attract people interested in HR from neighbouring countries as well.

It’s time to get your calendar out and book February 13 because that’s when “EHRS Summit: data-driven future!” will take place.

This is our story, the Avokaado experience, where we realized that the old methods of working with Word processing and conventional PDFs had run their course.
